Lake Powell is situated on the north border of Arizona and into the state
of Utah. With a length of almost 200 miles and just under 2000 miles of
shoreline, it's the best fishery in the Southwest. The Colorado River,
Escalante River & San Juan River are the main tributaries that feed this
huge reservoir. Fabulous rock formations create a dramatic scenery to
paint. I've enjoyed fishing and boating on this lake since the early 80's,
one of my favorite vacation spots to get out of the desert heat.
